The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands‑on leader responsible for supporting daily facilities operations while creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests and team members. This role supervises maintenance team members and ensures building systems operate efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

• Supervise and support daily maintenance operations and team assignments
• Perform hands‑on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical work
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Champion fire & life safety procedures and participate in safety committee efforts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and regulatory standards
• Maintain tools, equipment inventory and maintenance logs
• Assist with painting, refurbishing and resident suite preparation
• Support move‑ins, move‑outs and vehicle maintenance
• Train team members on emergency procedures and safe chemical handling
• Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy
• Assist with driving community vehicle as needed

22.15 - 27.75
