Job SummaryEMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for Maintenance Mechanic in Arlington VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct a routine assessment of the building systems operations
- Perform tests, tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
- Perform perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance and service requests on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
- Performs maintenance on all plumbing in buildings including water and sanitation systems.
- Perform snow removal.
- Trains Maintenance Helpers to increase their skills.
- Assist Engineers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 – 6 years’ experience in a commercial environment.
- Current CFC Universal License
- 2 years EMS experience
- Must be able to work any shift assigned
- Must be to work weekends.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to work safely.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
- Work requires an abundance of walking, bending, kneeling, and working in uncomfortable positions.
