Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position.
We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Arlington, WA.JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles day to day operations of the facility
- Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Performs daily site checks
- Collecting and processing payments
- Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance
- Property Inspections
- Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site
- Adhering to cleaning standards of the property.
- Use of power tools is required.
- Location Open Monday
- Saturday- M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Schedule is typically Tuesday
- Saturday for this role, however, flexibility is required
- Employee must possess a valid DL
- Cleaning and maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently without onsite supervision
- Self-Storage experience is a significant plus

- Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Performs daily site checks
- Assisting customers seeking storage units
- Collecting and processing payments
- Contacting delinquent occupants
- Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance
- Property Inspections
- Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site
- Adhering to cleaning standards of the property.
- Use of power tools is required.
- Location Open Monday
- Saturday- M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Schedule is typically Tuesday
- Saturday for this role, however, flexibility is required
- Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred
- Employee must possess a valid DL
- Cleaning and maintenance experience

- Self-Storage experience is a significant plus
Competitive Wages& Monthly + Quarterly Bonuses.

Pay rate: $21.00 - $24.00
per hour based on experience.
