• Clean and maintain hallways, restrooms, stairways, and other common areas
• Clean and maintain the exterior walkways and sidewalks
• Maintain landscaped areas
• Empty trash receptacles
• Assist team with snow removal
• Other duties as assigned

All applicants must have reliable transportation. Background check and drug screening required. Apartment turnover experience preferred but not required.
