Custodian I/II responsibilities include providing custodial services for all college buildings, ensuring proper hygiene compliance, and maintaining cleanliness of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, administrative offices, and auditoriums.

Shift schedule: four overnight shifts (11pm – 7am) and one daytime shift (7am – 3pm) on weekdays, Saturday and Sunday.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of custodial experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple directions.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. during an eight‑hour shift.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, slippery surfaces).
• Physical ability to work on uneven surfaces.
• Physical ability to use lifts, ladders, and/or scaffolding to work at elevated heights.
• Ability to professionally assist and interact with culturally diverse students, faculty, staff, and the public.

• Proven record of attendance and reliability.
• Willingness to be flexible regarding work location, assignments, hours, and shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to use heavy custodial equipment, including buffers and vacuums, and move furniture with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to work well with others.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis. Employment‑based visa sponsorship (including H‑1B sponsorship) is not available for any position.
