Location: Arnold, MO Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Plant Manager/Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift with occasional overtime

Sign-On & Retention Bonus : $500 after six months of continuous employment and $500 after one year of continuous employment.

What You’ll Do

As Maintenance Technician, you will:

• Maintain, Repair, and Install Manufacturing Equipment
  :
  Perform preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and remove, replace, rebuild or install equipment components and machinery.
• Recommend improvements to plant equipment: alert supervisor to any problem trends, vulnerability to breakdowns, or safety concerns.

Salary Range
:
Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressions

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3 - 5 + yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment or degree in related field
• Strong troubleshooting & machine repair skills essential
• Technical work experience and understanding in the areas of machine pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, carpentry/construction, HVAC
