Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to guest requests for repairs
- Maintain safety standards and equipment logs
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repairs
- Ability to work on-call or flexible hours
- Prior hotel or facility maintenance experience preferred
