Custodian

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed
• Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized
• Notify maintenance of any repair needs
• Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or GED required
• Experience:
  
  Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
• License:
  Valid driver’s license required
• Background:
  Must pass background check and driver’s license record check
• Clearance:
  Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (for federal positions)

• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Reliable, responsible, and ready to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle cleaning in a busy or public environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
