Job SummaryThe Copper Association / Property Management team provides outstanding community association management and facility and maintenance services for Copper Mountain‑managed properties. The Facilities Technician carries out entry‑level duties to support the team’s overall effectiveness, working flexible schedules and communicating effectively in person and via radio in English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain all HOA facilities (building, grounds, and equipment) with an emphasis on high‑quality common‑area cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance.
- Ensure common areas—lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms, fitness rooms, garages, stairwells, saunas, steam rooms, game rooms, hot‑tub/pool areas, ski locker rooms, trash and recycling areas, and surrounding grounds—are well presented.
- Deliver outstanding custodial services focused on cleanliness and customer service.
- Maintain operational status of all facilities, ensuring a safe environment for owners, guests, and employees; report safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Follow direction from Building Superintendents and Association Managers.
- Collaborate with other Copper employees and departments.
Work may evolve with new responsibilities and the transfer of existing tasks. Serve as an ambassador of Copper Mountain, modeling and sharing the Copper “culture” with guests and employees, providing a professional image, and consistently striving to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.

- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work indoors 100%, outdoors or inclement weather up to 25%.
- Standing 100%, sitting 10%.
- Color and night vision.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school degree or equivalent; or one year of work experience.
- Demonstrated tenure with a company or job for at least one year.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- One year of building/facilities cleaning and/or maintenance experience is a plus.
