• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and supplies
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces
• Collaborate with management to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
• Follow safety protocols and proper procedures when handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials

• Proven experience in building maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance techniques is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
