Job Overview
Loudoun Water, a public utility that provides water and wastewater service to customers in Loudoun County, has an immediate opening in the Facilities Maintenance department. This position will report to the Ashburn office location.
ResponsibilitiesClean residential or commercial spaces including floors, bathrooms, and kitchens. Perform other exterior custodial functions such as window cleaning and snow removal as needed on a seasonal basis.
Requirements- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience including floors, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work overtime as required to carry out job responsibilities and duties.
- Required to work outdoors in all environments for extended periods of time.
