Manage the work of maintenance, repair, and operations functions with a variety of vendors and service providers across various trades or technical disciplines;
Use the TRIRIGA integrated workplace management system for facility planning including work requests, tasks, requirements, opportunities, and funding;
Monitor contractor schedules, track work completion, and review and approve invoices to ensure CBP receives value for investments;
Develop plans and specifications for facilities repairs or alterations, determining desirable applications of repair or construction principles with cost priorities, contract schedules, and support requirements;
Assist with evaluating facility needs and developing detailed project plans to address those needs
