Role OverviewThe Facilities Associate (Maintenance Technician I) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of Topgolf’s venue, grounds, equipment, and systems. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair the venue, completing tasks directed by the Facilities management team across all areas.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with equipment, systems, and infrastructure, monitoring operation to pre‑empt problems.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies; identify and report shortages proactively.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls, communicating status and safety concerns to guests and teammates.
- Report significant issues, hazards, or unresolved deficiencies to the Facilities Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
- Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner in guest‑facing areas.
- Support teammates across Facilities and Operations to keep the venue fully operational and guest‑ready.
- Participate in training to build maintenance skills and grow within the facilities team.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- No experience required, but a strong desire to learn maintenance and technical skills.
- 6+ months of maintenance experience or trade school certificate preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older as required by law.
- Flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, peak periods, special events, and high‑volume seasons.

Ability to remain on feet and in motion for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, and moving through all areas of the venue; lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance; navigate stairs, ramps, ladders; work in varying temperature and weather environments; perform repetitive tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching; communicate clearly in a high‑energy environment;
maintain safety and focus under pressure.
