Job Description:We are a fast-growing cleaning company located in Asheboro, NC specializing in residential, commercial, and short-term rental (STR) properties. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Perform cleaning duties at residential homes, offices, and short-term rental properties
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces, and clean bathrooms/kitchens, etc.
- Ensure areas are cleaned to company standards
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages (STR's)
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required – we will train the right person!
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to jobs – we service Asheboro, High Point, Greensboro & surrounding areas
- Smartphone with reliable cellular service and data capable of running required work apps
- Flexible availability – weekday shifts between 8:00am-5:00pm, weekend shifts between 10:00am-4:00pm
Potential new team members who are invited to proceed to the next phase of the process will be offered the position contingent on successfully passing and completing the following requirements:
