Cleaner,Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a Custodian to join our manufacturing shop in High Point, North Carolina. position is available on first shift.

6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary

250 Swathmore Ave, High Point, NC 27263

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms

Clean and sweep manufacturing facility daily

Dust walls

Collect trash outside the manufacturing facility

Operate weed whacker to maintain outdoor shrubbery as needed

Maintain a neat and orderly custodian room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked

Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies

Work in a fast-paced team environment

Education Requirements/

Qualifications:

Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required.

Minimum of a high school education or equivalent

Previous janitor or maintenance experience preferred

Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred
