Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines;
Performs the out-of-room cleaning outlined in the Green Shield Binder to keep premises pristine;
Performs repairs listed on work orders and follows the work order process as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintains records such as PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, Elevator Inspections and Non-Guest Room Deficiency Log
