This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Asheville, NC, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will handle day‑to‑day property maintenance tasks, which include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment. This role requires the ability to support the upkeep and functionality of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficiently operating environment for residents.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair for various systems and equipment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines related to property maintenance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role strongly preferred
