Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property to meet safety, code, and policy standards;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, and notify on re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure proper recording and tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and debris removal; support cost-control by using parts efficiently
