As a key member of our operational team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our healthcare facility, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems

• Manage and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling and budgeting

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential safety hazards

• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and standards

• Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions

• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure seamless transitions and minimize disruptions

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Valid driver's license
