We are seeking a Lane Closure Specialist responsible for setting up and managing safe work zones on highways and roadways.
Key duties include:establishing and dismantling lane closures, redirecting traffic, ensuring safety protocols, collaborating with team members, and effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
The role involves performing physically demanding tasks, such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor environments with varying weather and conditions, including exposure to fumes, noise, and dust.
Qualifications:Ability to handle physical demands, manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and adaptability to changing hours and conditions.
