The role supports routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, with 24/7 on-call duties for emergencies. A $60 monthly mobile phone allowance is provided.
The position requires 1–2 years of residential maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. Technical certifications are a plus.
