This role involves hands-on work with barge equipment and tools, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy physical, outdoor work and want to be part of a leading marine transportation company. • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• 4-5 years experience
• Good sense of judgment and critical thinking
• Ability to troubleshoot and determine mechanical solutions
• Ability to work in outdoor/indoor environments with exposure to loud noises, dust, and potentially hazardous materials
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends or holidays as required
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety vests, hard hats, gloves, and steel-toe boots
