We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The District at Ashland in Ashland, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $20.00-$23.00
• PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need from you:

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus)
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
