We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality service. This position involves cleaning and maintaining residential spaces during daytime hours.

• Perform cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom disinfection.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to the standards set by Ashland Cleaning.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report issues or potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and withstand repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is highly preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in homes with pets, as clients may have dogs, cats, or other animals present during scheduled cleanings.

Hours:

2-6 hour shifts.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour starting wage
