Job Summary

Butler Ford is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the dealership, service areas, and offices are consistently well‑kept and presentable.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showroom floors, and customer waiting areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleanliness in service bays and garage areas.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (light bulb replacement, basic repairs, etc.).
• Monitor building for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or outdoor upkeep as needed.

• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good time management and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures.
