New Start Pay:
- $35.00/hour
- $36.00/hour at 90 days
- $38.00/hour Top Rate
Main Function
Safely maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and fabricate components as needed to assure continuous operation of the equipment, machinery and facility. Assist in the installation, modification and upgrade of plant machinery and support equipment. Interface with operators, leads, supervisors and management to address and resolve maintenance issues.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
- On-call during Weekends on a rotation basis
- Overtime
Position Specifications:
Two years’ experience in manufacturing and facility maintenance
Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and manufacturing maintenance repair required.
Ability to safely and effectively operate a variety of machine shop equipment, power tools, hand tools, gauges, and material handling equipment.
Knowledge of occupational safety and health policies and procedures related to the entire plant operation required.
Microsoft Office, Outlook, Shop floor and CMMS experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent frequently required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs; reach above and below chest level; use hands to finger; handle or feel objects; tools or controls; reach with arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and may be exposed to chemical, non-toxic fumes or dust. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Work Environment: Incumbent will occasionally be exposed to Cold Temperatures 100 degrees. The environment is well lit; the noise level is often minimal but incumbent may be exposed to higher than 85 decibels on occasion.
$35 - $38
