• Lead Cleaner duties: oversee cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness across the site and maintain cleanliness and order in facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Take a proactive approach to custodial duties with emphasis on quality and efficiency in commercial cleaning tasks.
• Must wear all PPE during the shift (steel toe shoes, hi-visibility vest, safety glasses, hard hat, etc.).
• Oversee cleaning staff and conduct audits to ensure all areas are kept up to cleanliness standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of windows, walls, and surfaces as needed.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

• Must have previous leadership experience
• Must have previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and practices is beneficial.
• Experience with industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Skills in residential painting or general maintenance can enhance your application.

  Monday-Friday
• Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• Pay:
  Paid weekly (every Friday)
• Rate: $16.00/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $250
