- Maintain the property from top to bottom—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and beyond
- Oversee the upkeep of our building, grounds, pool, and all amenities
- Ensure life safety systems are always guest-ready and compliant
- Lead with independence, solve problems creatively, and keep our property looking as extraordinary as it feels
- High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years relevant experience
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Skilled in general maintenance: carpentry, painting, caulking, grouting, etc.
- Motivated, independent, and hands-on—someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
