This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Manager located in Athens, AL. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance team, manage both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and ensure equipment functionality and optimal performance. Responsibilities include planning and directing maintenance activities, supervising repairs, implementing maintenance strategies, and addressing any emergent technical issues to maintain operational efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will also enforce safety standards and manage resources to support production goals.

• Supervisory Skills, including team management, mentorship, and resource allocation
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Experience in Maintenance Management, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company standards
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of industrial and manufacturing equipment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
