Janitorial​/Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant

Overview

Pay: $20.00 per hour plus shift and weekend pay.

• Manually clean and use light commercial motorized cleaning equipment.
• Execute cleaning in accordance with the store cleaning matrix.
• Perform light maintenance on all store equipment.
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions to the General Manager.
• Perform other duties as required.

Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Availability mornings, evenings, overnight, weekdays, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
• Repetitive motion with hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary for store operations.
• Good vision and depth perception.
• Ability to bend, carry, climb, push, pull, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing ladders and working in elevated places.
• Use of chemicals for cleaning and maintenance required.
• Work with little supervision at a rapid work pace for extended shifts up to 10 hours or more.
• Periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions year-round.
