Porter - Affordable Housing

Porter – provide routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. Responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic condition of premises and facilities.

• Assist with repairing and maintaining community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean‑living experience for residents.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and help maintain great curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as required.
