Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and team leaders. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting production through effective maintenance practices.
Responsibilities- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and team leaders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Support production by ensuring equipment uptime and efficient operations.
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and TPS practices.
- Manage maintenance schedules, staffing, and daily priorities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and KPI performance.
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and repair.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates within high-volume automotive production lines, utilizing robotics and PLC-controlled systems. The position is based on a 3rd Shift, with specific hours to be discussed during the interview. Expect a collaborative environment focused on safety and operational excellence.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Athens, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00/yr. $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually Benefits:
