Overview
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
Job DescriptionThis part-time Parks Crew Member position will be responsible for maintaining the parks' safety and cleanliness for public use, as well as assuring the integrity of the County's renowned park system. In addition, the incumbent will be providing customer service assistance, performing janitorial duties and routine inspections of grounds, and collecting litter while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
- Interacting with the public during pavilion rentals
- Overseeing pavilion rentals
- Providing restroom upkeep and maintenance
- Conducting Park Safety Checks/General Park Inspections
- Assisting with Youth Athletic Associations
- Preparing incident reporting as needed
- Performing end of day facility lock up and setting alarm
- Providing equipment preventative maintenance
- Performing landscaping duties as needed
- Performing other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned

Job Requirements /Information
- This job may require on-call rotation and emergency after hours, weekends, and/or holidays.
Salary will be $16.80.
Minimum Qualifications- Candidate must be 16 years of age
- General experience in customer service, janitorial services, and/or grounds maintenance
- Valid Driver's License
