# Housekeeper Fairyland Clubhouse - Lookout Mountain, GA 30750## Overview Salary Range $15.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Job Shift Any Category General  Labor## Description The Lookout Mountain Club is hiring for a Housekeeper who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the Clubhouse and related facilities to ensure member and guest first and lasting impressions are one of impeccable cleanliness and no detail is too small.

This is a part-time position. Expected schedule will be Friday - Sunday 2-10 pm.
** Position Responsibilities
- ** Typical duties are (not a complete task list):1. Replace/position all furniture to Club standard after events
2. Dusting all furniture and fixtures
3. Cleaning of floors (vacuuming, moping, sweeping, etc.)4. Empting wastebaskets and ashtrays
5. Disinfecting surfaces
6. Clean and polish brass
7. Washing of windows and mirrors
8. Spot shampoo carpets
9. Cleaning Vents
10. Wipe/clean all window sills, walls, light switches and other surfaces
11. Replace light bulbs
12. Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, tiles, tub, shower walls, fixtures, etc.
13. Cleans, polishes, buffs floors, walls, baseboards, door handles, etc.
14. Restocks towels, supplies, equipment
15. Washes, dries and folds laundry
16. Stock and restock member areas and storage rooms
17. Follow all Club policies, procedures, and rules
18. Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager or Senior Management
19. Immediately reports all damage, needed repairs or malfunctioning equipment to the Facilities Manager
** Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
** 1. This Club has both Full and Part-Time positions
2. Daily work hours are dependent upon business and will vary from week to week
3. The position regularly requires weekend work and occasionally long hours and/or spit shifts.## Qualifications
** Required

Education and Experience
** 1. High School diploma or GED equivalent desirable.
2. Must be able to read and comprehend product labels, MSDS sheets, and work orders
3. One year of comparable work experience is preferred
** Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
** 1. Knowledgeable about maintaining, cleaning and preserving a wide variety of surfaces is preferred
2. Ability to follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies, as wells as, from the Facilities Manager or GM3. Ability to learn and perform required role in emergency situations
4. Ability and desire to be a positive influence and team member, assist others when able, and interested in developing themselves
