Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA and industry standards;
Perform physically demanding work to maintain assets and minimize liability;
Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner;
Document work performed and parts used with clear notes and required follow-up
