Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week. Must be available any day, including weekends and holidays. Normal business hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑4:30 pm and Saturday‑Sunday, 9:00‑5:30 pm. May work during university closures and special events.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience, minimum $15.40 per hour.

Clean and maintain all public restrooms in accordance with visitor expectations.
Vacuum all lobbies, hallways, and entrances daily; vacuum offices weekly.
Daily pick‑up of trash in lobbies, hallways, entrances, and offices.
Dust window frames, doors, pictures, tables, and clean glass windows inside the building.
Perform additional custodial duties such as linen services, laundry tasks, and emergency responsibilities when needed.
QualificationsHotel cleaning or custodial experience.
Customer service and guest interaction experience.
Proficient with cleaning products and vacuum operation; strong attention to detail and presentation.
Physical DemandsLift or move at least 35 pounds; push, pull, or roll a 75‑pound cart; work in small or tight spaces; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat; stand and walk/climb stairs for extended periods; see dust, hair, lint, and dirt; smell odors to identify and clean sources.
