Hillpointe seeks an Asset Management Field Technician to support day-to-day operations of Hillpointe owned and rented assets. You will travel between Hillpointe sites up to 75% and assist the CLS Director and Asset Management Lead in meeting service standards and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include completing field work and reports, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and coordinating with the Support team to ensure timely timelines and safety compliance across multiple sites.
