• Complete work orders promptly and efficiently including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc. are in good working order.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Complete/assist unit turns and inspections.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

• 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience.
• Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures, and general repair practices.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed.
• Strong resident relation skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day.
