The Maintenance Tech II position plays a critical role in ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of our property. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, responding to service requests, and contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

* Complete work orders promptly and efficiently including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests

* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc. are in good working order.

* Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards.

* Complete/assist unit turns and inspections

* Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.

* Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

* Performs additional duties as needed to support business operations

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience

* Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures and general repair practices

* Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed

* Strong resident relation skills

* Ability to lift 50 pounds

* Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
