Job Overview
Mancan is seeking a dependable and hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to join a respected company in the Athens area. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping facilities in top condition, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do
• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Complete basic plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance
• Paint walls, trim, and perform touch-up work
• Maintain landscaping, grounds, and outdoor areas
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues
• Interact professionally with staff and tenants while providing excellent customer service
• Assist with facility improvements and special maintenance projects
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For
• Previous building maintenance or general maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Flexible schedule with the ability to assist on special projects
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Customer service experience is a plus
