Maintenance Operations Operator II
Join our maintenance operations team as an Operator II and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What are the key skills we are looking for?
Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision. Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner. Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records. Able to work potential overtime or after hour support / critical issues / Emergency callouts when needed.
Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions. Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment. Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures. Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.
What qualifications will make you successful?
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including conveyor systems, industrial wrappers, building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills, with experience in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for industrial maintenance. Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and blueprints. Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and climbing ladders. Willingness to work flexible hours (3 shifts operations / 24 hours), including potential overtime and emergency callouts.
Current hourly pay range $22-$31
