Chad Nic Group, LLC seeks a Maintenance Tech II to support building systems and equipment for our professional services offices and client sites. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; troubleshooting and repairing equipment; completing work orders and documentation; and coordinating with vendors. The role also supports small facility upgrades, ensures safety and code compliance, and helps optimize uptime for office operations.

You'll work closely with consulting and operations teams, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused, entrepreneurial environment.
