Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, near Perimeter Mall)
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base + 10% bonus
Job Type: Full Time

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5–8 years of accounting experience ideal
- Public accounting background highly desired (Senior to Manager level)
- Strong technical accounting foundation (leases, inventory, fixed assets, Revenue Recognition)
- Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environment experience strongly preferred
- Systems-oriented and interested in process improvement and integrations
- Confident communicator who can partner cross-functionally and lead others
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Own and improve balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
- Serve as a technical accounting resource across:
- Lease accounting (ASC 842)
- Revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Fixed assets
- Support consolidated financial reporting and internal financial statements
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements
- Partner with operations and supply chain to support the business with actionable insights
- Support ERP integrations and system improvements as the company continues acquiring
- Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A
- Mentor and develop accounting staff and help build a scalable accounting function
- Participate in special projects tied to growth, acquisitions, and integration work
