Overview

Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist opportunity with a well-established, mission-driven organization in Buckhead, Atlanta that values stability, teamwork, and a positive work environment. • Stable role within a close-knit accounting team reporting directly to the Controller
• Payroll is approximately 25% of the role, with the majority focused on Accounts Payable

Salary $45,000–$55,000 base (no bonus)

• Process payroll for approximately 100 employees, including new hires, pay changes, and deductions
• Handle accounts payable including invoice processing, check runs, and journal entries
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Partner with the Controller and accounting team to ensure accurate financial records
• Support financial systems and reporting as needed

• Prior experience with payroll processing and accounts payable functions
• Experience using payroll or accounting software systems (Paylocity or similar platforms)
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-oriented work style
