POSITIONAccounting/Finance Manager
LOCATIONAtlanta, GA (hybrid)
Responsibilities- Prepare accounting monthly closes, quarterly break-even analysis, and complete annual audits
- Supervise accounting, administrative and HR/payroll staff, reviewing/coordinating work schedules and organizing training
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Coordinate with HR on all required government filings
- Prepare annual corporate insurance reviews and renewals
- Work cross-functionally with all levels of Accounting, HR, Senior Management, and Project Managers
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is required with a CPA preferred
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in the professional services industry
- Experience with a cloud-based software package:
Deltek Vision is a plus - Involvement in monthly operational and financial closings.
