Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join a leading real estate investment platform specializing in complex fund and corporate accounting structures. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Big 4–trained CPA looking to transition into a dynamic investment environment with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Manage accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis
• Lead the external audit process and serve as primary auditor liaison
• Support treasury functions including cash reporting and liquidity forecasting
• Assist with ASC 842 lease accounting and technical accounting research
• Strengthen internal controls and identify process improvements
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Finance & Asset Management

• Active CPA license (required)
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement preparation experience
• Experience with monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, and audit support
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, forecasting, complex formulas)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in private equity, real estate, investment accounting, or asset management is a strong plus.
