What You’ll Do- Lead daily cost accounting activities and support month‑end close
- Maintain standard cost and inventory systems
- Analyze product costs, labor, yield, scrap, and line performance
- Support pricing updates, budgeting, and capital project reviews
- Partner with operations on cost‑saving initiatives and performance improvements
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL/overhead accounts
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Cost Accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- 2–4+ years of cost accounting experience (open to 5–7 years)
- Strong GAAP, cost, budgeting, pricing, and inventory knowledge
- Advanced Excel; AS400, BI tools, and D365 preferred
- Confident communicator who can drive follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment
