Position Overview:

The Bilingual (German/English) Senior Audit Associate will lead audit engagements for U.S.

-inbound international businesses, support team development, and ensure high-quality deliverables for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise audit engagements across various industries.
- Develop and execute audit programs, including setting objectives, identifying risks, evaluating controls, and designing test procedures.
- Perform technical accounting research on diverse topics.
- Provide timely, high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations.
- Communicate proactively to manage timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare clear and concise work papers and documentation.
- Mentor and train staff while supporting their professional development.
- Delegate effectively and oversee team performance by setting goals and removing barriers.
- Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development efforts.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Native or fluent proficiency in German.
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and professional integrity.
- Excellent English research, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CPA license or similar certification.
- Experience in manufacturing and distribution.
- Pro System fx Engagement experience.
