Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Tax Consultant at any level to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for providing high-quality tax services to our diverse clientele, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing client benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Conduct research on various tax issues and prepare technical memoranda
- Assist in the resolution of tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and changes
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in public accounting is required
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus
- Experience with S-Corp, 1040, 1041, NFP, Partnerships, and HNWI clients is preferred
