Responsibilities

* Review and approve complex tax returns and audit-related tax work

* Ensure full compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations

* Lead tax research and strategic planning initiatives for clients

* Serve as a senior technical resource for both staff and clients

* Supervise, mentor, and develop tax team members at all levels

* Collaborate with assurance and audit teams on large, complex client engagements

Qualifications

* CPA license required

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
Master's in Taxation preferred

* 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience

* Experience representing clients before tax authorities

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in tax software (CCH Pro System fx or similar) preferred
